The annual general meeting is the most powerful decision making body in the organisation. The meeting approves administrative work including accounts, budgets and the election of positions within KIMO. The President and Secretariat also present annual reports on the organisation's general progress. International and National Network Action Plans are also discussed and approved at the AGM. These Action Plans allow delegates and representatives to understand KIMO's practical progress.
