One of  KIMO's key objectives is to undertake demonstrative projects that develop best practice on issues which it campaigns. The most recent project KIMO has undertaken is the Save the North Sea project where, along with six other partners, KIMO has undertaken activities to reduce marine litter. The total project is worth 5.7M euros with KIMO's share 1.2 M euros.
