Independent Members

KIMO’s Independent Members are coastal or riverine municipalities that belong directly to KIMO International rather than through a national network.

They share KIMO’s commitment to preventing pollution and protecting, preserving and enhancing the marine environment. Independent Members contribute local knowledge and experience to KIMO’s international network, helping shape its priorities, activities and collective voice on issues affecting coastal communities across the North-East Atlantic, North Sea, Irish Sea and Baltic regions.
